  • I do not prescribe medicines. If that is something that you need, please reach out to a licensed psychiatrist.

  • We ask that clients commit to a minimum of 8 sessions across a 4 month period. Session frequency can range depending on what your wellness needs are. It can look like once a week or twice a month. You can work with Kendall to establish session frequency.

  • This is a safe space to discuss and explore your spirituality, but it is not a requirement. To learn more about the pillars of my practice click here.

  • Indigenous Focusing Oriented Therapy (IFOT) is a sub-type that specifically deals with complex trauma. It honours core values of each community. It respects local traditions while focusing on resiliency.

  • I totally understand and have other options for you to engage in your wellness. I hold virtual monthly workshops at a lower price, and also will have a wellness workbook for folks to purchase to help build your wellness practice.
